2. Pricing Reflects Quality & Service

We work with suppliers known for their responsiveness, professionalism, and elevated execution — often far beyond what’s available through mass-market platforms like Viator or Booking.com. As a result, pricing may be higher, but the experience reflects the investment in quality, time, and peace of mind.

That said, we will always ask you to share a comfortable budget target early in the process so we can guide recommendations accordingly. Our goal is to create the best possible experience within the range that feels right for you. We never want you to spend more than you’re comfortable with. Instead, we aim to help you make thoughtful, higher-quality investments that result in a better overall experience.

When booking accommodations, the price to book through us always matches the price to book a hotel directly. In many cases, thanks to our preferred partnerships, we can also include valuable perks such as daily breakfast, hotel credits, and possible upgrades.

3. Transparent Planning Fees

Our planning fee covers the strategic thinking, research, creativity, and industry insight required to bring your trip to life. It’s not just about bookings. It reflects the value of expert guidance, personalized recommendations, and end-to-end coordination.

Included in your planning fee:

• A custom itinerary tailored to your interests and travel style

• Booking support for hotels, activities, transfers, and more

• Pre-travel documentation and guidance

• Access to our trusted, on-the-ground network

Not included:

• Flights (unless specified)

• Travel insurance (highly recommended and can be quoted separately)

• On-the-fly price shopping or matching for individual services

• 24/7 support from the Human Nature Travel team during the planning process, or during travel (although we will always monitor for emergencies and arrange for 24/7 coverage through our in-destination partners)

4. Trip Pricing Format

Some trips — particularly those with complicated logistics and involving trusted local partners — may be priced as a complete package rather than broken down line-by-line. This structure may include hotels, private transfers, touring, and on-the-ground coordination, delivered through our vetted network of in-destination experts.

It’s a different model than concierge-style support that suggests individual activities à la carte. Both have value, but this approach prioritizes seamless execution, local insight, and one cohesive plan.

We will always be transparent about what’s included and how pricing works. We will walk you through each step when it’s time to review and approve the final details.

5. Payments & Supplier Policies

In most cases, we will facilitate payment on your behalf directly to the suppliers involved in your trip. These may include hotels, ground operators, guides, transfer services, and other local partners.

Each of these suppliers has its own payment terms and cancellation policies, which will be shared with you clearly before any commitments are made. Your approval will always be requested before payments are processed.

We will guide you through each step to ensure everything is transparent and aligned with your expectations.

6. Clear Communication is Key

Open, respectful communication is at the heart of a successful trip. If your preferences shift, or something doesn’t feel quite right, please share that early. This is a collaborative process, and your input helps ensure the best outcome.
